Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Once the order is placed, the local delivery in Kuwait will take from 4 hours to 24 hours. For International Delivery, it will take 3 Working Days from placing the order. The delivery will be done by using delivery company service. If there will be a delay in the delivery, we will inform you by email or text message.

Do We Have International Delivery?

Yes, we have. Where applicable all international orders are delivered using either DHL, Aramex or FedEx. The service offered is dependent on the delivery location and quantity.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can only track your order if you created an account at the time of ordering or have previously created an account.

To track the progress of your order, please log in to your EZStore account and review your Orders from My Account page.

There are 3 order status:

Processing Your order is in the process of being manufactured or is complete and awaiting shipment.
Shipped  Your order has been shipped to you.
Completed Your order has been received by you and paid.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No, you can order as a guest.


How Can I Pay?

You can pay by Cash on Delivery (only in Kuwait), K-Net, Visa, or MasterCard.


How Can I Cancel The Order?

You can send us an email to to cancel the order, or text message to +965 66158931 . Cancellation should be in 2 hours after placing the order. You should provide the receipt number, and the phone number to cancel it.
