What is your policy on returns?
In the event that the EZStore product received by you is in a damaged or defective condition, or if it does not materially match the description or pictures on the website, you may return the EZStore product to us within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide a full refund of the price paid by you. In all cases you must return the EZStore unused with a copy of the dispatch note.
The item is the wrong color or size
If we have sent you the wrong color or size by mistake, you can return it and we will reprint it for you. However, if we have sent you the color or size you ordered we cannot accept it for return as it has been made just for you. The colors on screen all have names which appear when you select them, and the color is also written next to your shirt in your basket. Please do check these carefully, as colors can appear differently on different monitors.
The delivery I gave was incorrect
Once dispatched, if the order is returned to us by the delivery company due to either an insufficient or incorrect address being entered, we will notify you.
What to do if the item is faulty
If the product we have sent you is faulty or damaged please do not hesitate to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. And please, make sure the receipt is back with the order.
